- Providing joint activities and co-productions with theatres and other cultural institutions at home and abroad.
- Initiating and implementing programmes related to people from disadvantaged and vulnerable groups.
- Encouraging and providing assistance and support to talented students for their realization as full citizens of Bulgaria.
- Supporting and publishing young authors and providing a favourable environment for the rise of young talents.
