Roumen Hristov (better known in society as Roumen Barosov) is a Bulgarian poet and publisher. He is a graduate of the University of St. Kliment Ohridski, Faculty of Bulgarian Philology. 

He is the founder of “Ah, Maria” magazine and its editor-in-chief since 1992. He was a member of the “Kliment Ohridski” Students Community Center in 1997 and is currently its Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
