Official announcement of the winner of the 2025 competition organized by Students’ Community Centre „St. Kliment Ohridski“ 1997 for the realization of an original short film script.
The competition is organized with the support of Sofia Municipality, under the Active Community Centres Programme.
The selection committee awards:

Justification:
The script is well structured, with clear characters and storyline. It stands out with a distinctive signature in both dramaturgical and visual aspect. The story is engaging, unexpected and touching. The author has drafted his application very well covering all the necessary criteria: script, team list, directorial exposition and visual approach. The film fits successfully within the competition’s parameters for scale, budget and timeframe.
The project features one location and two characters involved in conflict with a playful mockery and can be narrated within the budget scale offered by the competition. It stands out for the dynamics between the two characters and their motivations and backstory, and does not pretend to be in-depth or have the pretence of being a heavy dramatic film with a familiar ending. The effort is worth it!
